Bystander Intervention

Susanna Borgelt has a background in research on workplace harassment and as an instructor of Gracie Jiu-Jitsu self-defense in Keego Harbor, Susanna combines her skills to create seminars that address a variety of scenarios from empowering coworkers to intervene in uncomfortable harassment scenarios, to conflict resolution and accountability. She will talk to us about the types of thing we can do when viewing an unfolding event that could lead to a bad outcome.
