Chad Grant is the Chief Executive Officer of McLaren Oakland and has held this position since December 15, 2014. He is responsible for the overall administrative operations of McLaren Oakland, involving the management and implementation of strategic initiatives for the region. Chad holds a Master’s Degree of Health Services Administration from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Nuclear Medicine from Siena Heights University. Chad began his health care career at the Detroit Medical Center (DMC) in 1995, working in the radiology department at Harper Hospital.  Chad quickly rose through the ranks at the DMC and became the youngest Vice President appointed by the corporation at the age of 30.  During his tenure at DMC, Chad worked under the leadership of former CEO, Mike Duggan, and was part of the executive team assembled to turn around the struggling organization.  Prior to joining McLaren Health Care Corporation in late 2014, Chad held several Executive and Vice President level positions at DMC and most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer of Children’s Hospital of Michigan.  Chad resides in Clarkston, Michigan with his wife (Jessica) and three children (Ty, Ethan and Ava).
