Incoming Clarkston Rotary Club president Stephanie Banks received an autographed theme banner from incoming Rotary International president Olayinka Babalola during her training for her upcoming presidential year. The three day training, called PELS (President-Elect Learning Activity), was held in Kalamazoo, Michigan. It's Stephanie's third trip to the training for a refresher, having served as our club president twice in the past.
